    I have been looking at a Bernina 820 QE does anyone out there have this machine and do you like it? Please list
    pros and cons. Thanks so much.

    Check out reviews at http://www.patternreview.com . You need to search for Bernina under "sewing machines and serger reviews" and then look for the model number. If you create a login (free) you can look at older reviews as well as newer ones.
