I also have low thyroid and sometimes if your range fluctuates it can make your
fluid levels fluctuate adding to eye problems as well as many others.
Thought this info could be useful.
On the other hand, I would check with my doctor to make "sure"
that it's not prediabetes, kidneys or macular degeneration etc.
I have heard of this sticks but the ones I've seen were high priced.
I've thought about using the template plastic. Glue more than one together
so they would hold up a bit better. I would wear my klutz-y glove, bc I
R a klutz

My fabric hasn't slipped at all and I haven't had an mis-cuts. I've never cut strips so quickly! You do need to accurately fold your fabric twice (cutting 4 layers at once) to make it all fit under the dimensions of the ruler, but I haven't found this to be an issue for me yet. Highly recommend for accurate strips without spending a ton on a machine like the GO!
Ditto - love mine too!

Did anyone notice that the already cut strip in the photo is not even? Top and bottom seem off. Probably due to how it was placed on the mat, but still, don't you think they'd want a perfect strip or photo to show how the sticks cut strips? Just my opinion....

by golly, you are right! yes, I would think they'd want to make a better
impression with their example.
After reading this thread, I realized my idea for making my own sticks is not
such a good idea.
Maybe getting some plexiglass cut, hmmm....
