Default Quilt of the week??

Hi
I noticed a quilt of the week is posted on the side bar. There are beautiful by the way.
My question is how are they chosen?

Thanks a bunch

I asked that question a while back and never got an answer. It must be "top secret" and no one knows the answer. I too am curious as to where they get the pics, where are they posted so we can see the full pic and info. How are they chosen and who does the chosing? PEASE enlighten us!

I suspect they are randomly chosen from the Picture Gallery. The first one was Lacelady's Dear Jane which you'll find in that gallery. Thanks to the moderators who come up with ways to keep us inspired!

i chose them. there was no particular system involved. it was semi-random.
i tried to get a selection from across the years we've been online, from all skill levels, a variety of designs, etc.

there was no subjective judging or comparison involved.
i picked enough for a year, so will have to pick again sometime in late September for Nov 12 - Oct 13.

i am open to suggestions as long as they don't involve anything that would make somebody feel badly whose quilt was not included.

it's intended to be a fun thing, so i would enjoy hearing your ideas.
