Default Quilter's Magic Wand

Does anyone know where I could get something like a Quilters Magic Wand (but it wasn't a magic want) that has a slot down the mlddle for making lines?

If you don't know what a Magic Wand is go here: mihttp://wishuponaquilt.com/notions/rulers/quilter-s-magic-wand.

Once upon a time I had a ruler or a device that looked like a magic wand but had a slot in it. I'm unable to find one on-line or at home. I used it for marking lines for half square triangles.

I would appreciate any help.

Fons and Porter has one, Nancy Notions has another type of ruler that does this too.

it also comes in 8" http://www.amazon.com/Quilters-Rule-.../dp/B001701LBY

THANK YOU QuiltNan that's exactly what I'm looking for. I searched Amazon for a loooong time today and didn't see this. I did, however, find over $50 worth of other things I couldn't live without. I just ordered 4 of the Quick Quarter Rulers. Two for me in case I misplace one and two for my daughter. Thanks again.

Me too, this has been driving me and my daughter crazy for some time trying to find this notion. I still can't find the one I had. Maybe I had the shorter one and I'm not "seeing" it when I'm going through stuff. Again, A BIG THANKS.

Doggramma - I'm with you. I do my own FMQ and getting them put together ready for FMQ on my domestic is what I don't like. I like mine to be spray basted and that stuff drifts so I like to do it on the deck outside or in the garage (after it's been washed down of course) and in Minnesota that's out of the question. I just finished Bonnie Hunter's mystery quilt so have that one to do - I will get it done!
