I am looking for information about jasmin heirloom company in Kerrville as I placed an order in their online shop, payed with visa and did not hear of them ever since ( 10 days).
Would be very grateful about any kind of info as I am not able to get in contact with phone or mail.

I got their info from the website, but there is no way I can get into contact. So I am affraid the shop closed down or so.....?

My order number is 1475 the date Januariy 24th and it is a jasmin easy spinner floor stand.
I know it is not that long but I order quite often in online shops and then I get emidiet response. Stupidly I did not try to get into contact with them before I ordered and payed.

I called the 1-800 number and talked to a very nice young lady. She is going to contact you via email concerning your order. It seems they don't ship from the US to Switzerland because of the expense to you, so she is sending you the contact information for two distributors in Europe. Also, she says that they did not charge your card for the purchase.

Boahh....thank you so much Elisabeth!!
They quotet 42.88$ for shipping and I would even pay more as I dont get one in Europe. There is just one shop in Germany but they are out of stock for month.
