How many of you have families who quilt together? I just spent the day with my mom, 2 aunts, my sister, 2 nieces who all quilt! we get together every so often to share ideas and talk quilts.... its so much fun!

we do lots of projects together,,,,, round robins, scrap swaps etc. and we laugh alot!
for those who dont have this priviledge, think about 'adopting' some senior quilters or beginner quilters! Its great fun and is a wonderful cure for cabin fever!

I used to quilt with my mother. It is a nice memory now.

I taught my Grandma how. I just cut her a bunch of charms, she is going to do her second quilt.

I quilt every Thursday with my sister-in-law and my aunt. We are joined by 7 other dear friends. We have lunch (either provided by the hostess or brown bag it) and then quilt, knit, crochet, or whatever strikes our fancy at the time. We rotate weekly to each others homes. This is a fellowship that each of us values very much.

Yoy are so lucky. I wish I had a quilting guild of my very own. I am jealous.
