Am looking to subscribe to a few quilt magazines, I love ones with articles and notion/tool info. I am planning on Block and Fons&Porter

Same here. Love of Quilting is great. Block is good, also.

I always loved American Patchwork magazine but I don't get any magazines anymore. I felt so overwhelmed with subscriptions that I got confused with what was due. My friends and I exchange magazines all of the time and if I see one in the store that I can't live without then I will purchase it. I also shop at our 2nd hand book store and get magazines to look at at a very reasonable price.

I contacted them and they let me switch to Quiltmaker, which is another sister publication.

I'm down to one, American Patchwork. I've subscribed to most of them. I have boxes of magazines now. If I need a magazine fix I get a cup of coffee stick my hand in one of the boxes and pull out a magazine. It's like getting a new one. I sit down and just really enjoy the break.

I take 3 , they are Quiltmaker, Fons & Porter & McCalls. Have taken a few other different ones over the years, but stay with these 3. They always have patterns I like and good instructions.
