I am finding that the more I quilt, the bigger my waistline is getting,
recumbant bike, same location as where I need to put my sewing machine. hah!

I need a tiny break from quilting. :)

but it is the do I want a break? come on spring ! I need to get outside ! That would solve some of this. I can't eat and quilt. not the eating thing. must be the not excersizing on the recumbant bike. :(

You can add time spent on QB along with quilting as factors that add to the waistline.

DH foolishly suggested that I get more exercise ans spend less time at the machine! My solution - moved the ironing board to the other side of the room. Always ready to compromise!

You've had such a rough winter up there. Maybe spring will give you an incentive to get out and walk a bit.

I even leave the liquids in the kitchen so I have to stop to get a drink. Hasn't helped the waistline one bit!
