A recent thread talked about Eleanor Burns on RFDTV. Can anyone tell me when the quilting shows are on (day and time) on that channel and PBS? I need an excuse to go buy a DVR. This should do it.

Eleanor Burns in on RFDTV on Wed night at 10:00 PM right after the news Don't know if that is nationwide or not.

I have a DVR so dont know what day or time cause it just records her shows and Fons and Porters (they are on the BYU channel and on alot)
El is on twice, once in morning and once at 9pm.
If you have Direct TV you can go into Menu then Search and type in the name of show and it will show you when it is on.
PBS dosnt have any quilt shows in my area except the show that says it is but is not. Sewing with Nancy is once in a while.

in my neck of the woods eleanor is on every wednesday at 2:30 on rfdtv and fons and porter is on byu everyday at 11 and on pbs on monday at 1:30

wow, you are lucky. in the twin cities, mn we don't have any quilting shows.

It all depends on where you live... not all PBS stations carry or show them at the same time :wink: Look for Create Channel in your line up, it has a lot of sewing and quilting shows :D:D:D

RFDTV and PBS both have websites that will direct you to local air times.

Thanks everybody! Great suggestions. i'll check the websites, and see if Dishnet has the search feature. I had no idea.

Well at least we still have a few ofthem on the t.v.

they could put some more and delete some things that are so violant off of te t.v.
