Great idea, I also use them in my quilting books, when they are lent out, they are more likely to come back with your name in them.

Good idea. I keep a bunch in my purse and use them whenever someone talks me into buying raffle tickets for whatever.

I always carry some labels in my purse never know when you are going to need one. Never thought of using them to label qult pieces. Will have to give it a try. Thanks

i'm so glad you guys got this thread going. we are have a quilt show in okc and i wouldn't have thought about taking my labels along. i went today and man, it really made drawing entries much faster.

It was in the Fons & Porter book 'Quilters complete guide' Great book from the library. This link has a similar one to mine, the difference is that I used 4" squares for all the cuts and they use different sizes.
