Just curious, I know that alot of us on here have/ or are making them.I registered mine on the Downy site a couple of months ago. I was watching the tube tonite and saw Downy's new commercial for Quilts for Kids and decided to look mine up, no activity yet :( , anybody else here had their's adopted/given to a child yet?I received an email that mine had been received at QFK about 2wks after I sent them in.I quess we have to hope that the receipient checks out the Downy site and writes their story, I quess I would just like to hear "THE REST OF THE STORY" and know that a child was enjoying it.How about you?

I got my kit a couple of weeks ago and have not even sewn it together yet. But I will! Just lots of stuff going on this time of year.

I didn't know there was a way of knowing if your quilt has been adopted. How do you check?

Now my curiosity is getting the best of me! :) :) :)

I have registered mine but I have not heard anything. I'll have to go back to the website and see. I too would just like to know who got the quilts.

You go to http://www.downy.com/helpingkids and you can register your quilt & story, also you are able to tag your quilt w/3 descriptive words; example:pink , green, butterflies, and add a photo of your quilt .You can also read other stories of children who have received quilts. Nice :-D Register those quilts ladies/gents

It would be fun to see that they are adopted, but please don't get hurt feelings if the child/family don't post anything on the Downy site...

Many times the recipient's ask the nurse/aide to please tell the person/organization thank you, not realizing they do not always have a way to do pass it on.

Bless all of you who quilt for Downy's Kids and other wonderful organizations (((Hugs)))

Thank you amazon. I did not know about registering my quilt when I sent it in. I just registered, but nothing showed.

Maybe the next quilt. Oh well, I know somewhere a child has a quilt named "Don't Bug Me!". :) L|:) :)

I didn't know this information either. I have two quilts here that just need the quilting. Maybe I will try to register them and check on where they end up.
