Thread: quilty tree topper?

I'm tired of our light up tree topper. We looked at the shop at the tree farm today but they didn't have anything I liked. Has anyone made one somehow?

dotcom has a very cool fabric tree she made out of styrofome, fabric and buttons. you can make it into any design!!

Just a thought...my mom made me a crocheted angel that I put on my tree top. You just have to starch them very stiff. You might could make a quilted angel.

I did a needlepoint one years and years ago, and I'm ready to change also, so will keep my eye on here.
