Raffle Quilt

What type of block could I make that has a 6 1/2 center square and the total block needs to measure 13 1/2?
I am making a t-shirt quilt to be raffled for a ski patroller and 1/2 will be the block I need to make and the other 1/2 of the t-shirts will be a sun with our logo on the bottom.
The quilt will be black and white t-shirts. I haven't decided on the borders yet?
I sure could use some great ideas and I know this is where I will find all the help I need!
