Me three! I have the Reliable Digital Velocity V100 - stupid long name, but the iron is great. Best steam ever, can't leak. I don't usually use steam, and it's also a great dry iron and has that bypass so it doesn't shut down if you want it to stay on.

DD borrowed it
I don't mind. I"ll buy another one. I prefer her to use the best so she'll know the difference. She is my DD not a borrowing neighbor. LOL

I can only remember checking one out at a Pfaff dealer years ago. Pfaff decided to sell gravity feed irons and an ironing board with a fan and heat. Apparently they didn't sell too well, I got the board free a couple of years ago. Fan and heat still work. The iron is lighter than the Steam Generator but you need to hang it and then you have a hose connected, too.

Allbrands sells Reliable and other gravity feed irons. Check their pages, some do have reviews. Here's a link to a Consew and there are some reviews at the bottom of the page:

I have the Maven. The tank holds 3.5 cups of water! Separate switches for dry vs steam. It does not have an auto shut off either. $199.00. Gets HOT!

I loved my Reliable iron but it only lasted three years. It never leaked (used distilled as we have a high amount of iron in our well water) or spit, and I could over ride the auto shut off. Maybe that's why it only lasted 3 yrs! It was on constantly for that length of time. I won't buy another however............went back to my Black and Decker Digital.

I have the Digital Velocity iron and have had no usual problems with it. I think it is about 8-9 years old now. The only thing is my rough hands have abraded the rubberish coating on the handle. It flakes some but not a problem. I love the iron and it is the best one I have ever had. I have found filters without a problem but not in a while. I would replace it with another when it is time.
