Welcome to the Quilting Board!

The back of a seam ripper ran down the line of stitching works well for me.
ricky timms has a washable 'interfacing' that acts like paper with some stiffness, and then after the quilt is washed it turns into a lovely, draping extra layer. it appeals to me, but i have no idea how expensive. oh, i almost forgot, it can be run thru the printer, too.
The only bad days are the ones you don't get.
