removing permant marker

my 4 year old grandaughter saw me use permant marker to make an eye for a sea horse i was applicating and decided to make lots of eyes and idea how to get it out or should i just forget it and throw it out

You might want to try hairspray, it works on ink pens. Other than that I'm guessing start over. :( :( :(

Maybe someone else on the board knows something I don't. I'll be watching!!!

Gotta love those grandkids.

Try rubbing alcohol - I used to work in a print shop and I used rubbing alcohol on my hands and clothes.

Oh No!!!
If you try various solutions, make sure you do so in a well ventilated area...even drying between trys, can produce some caustic fumes.
I did have to chuckle...my little "artists" have tried to help me too over the years :roll:

seriously, don't toss it. work with it if you can't get the "eyes" out. it can become a design element!
