I'm making a shower curtain for my guest bathroom with cardinals. i have a pieced block of a cardinal, but it's not turning out the way I'd like. the instructions are kind of confusing. anyway, I'm looking for a foundation pieced cardinal pattern. i have looked online, but haven't found anything yet. does anyone know of a site where i might find one? Thanks

I did find some patterns for sale. I roamed google and bing and didn't find much for free.

This site has two of them for paper piecing. Just put in cardinal in the search box and they will come up.

Have you seen the Backyard Birds quilt book? It has a cardinal in it and you might be able to check it out from your libray, that's where I saw it.
