Not sure if many of you have seen this topic before, but I will repeat for the new people to this site.

After I have had to use my seam ripper for what ever reason :) I take and lay my fabric flat then I use my emery board to remove the little pieces of thread left in the fabric! How cleaver is that........

Masking tape works well, too. Especially when they're teeny tiny thread pieces.

Thanks for the tip!

I use the adhesive lint rollers for picking up threads. Works well for picking up threads & pins in carpet as well.

I have been keeping masking tape and a lint roller close by, and a soft finger nail file too... I will now add an emory board to that little basket :D:D:D

If you have the Fons and Porter's seam ripper, the handle whatever it's made from, is perfect for removing the threads. It pulls them right out. A pencil eraser works good too.
