I take a plastic pants hanger and hang them in the closet- I see them when I open the door to get the tubs of fabric out. Down to 1 WIP there, have 1 on the bed to sandwich this week end. I also have a quilt rack with 2 on it, They are waiting until I set up my frame to do them (next week). I won't start a new project until these are done.

I didn't realize I had 7 until the thread on this subject a while ago. So, I decided not to start any new ones until the old ones are gone. So far- 3 down. But my list of "to do" keeps getting longer. :)

I hang them in the closet, but I like the idea of hanging them on a drying rack.

I made pillow cases with either the matching fabric or scrap fabric and I just shove the quilt in any way it goes....I seen on an episode of Fons and Porter that is how they recommend so you don't break the fibers down in the same spots....Good Luck

I echo Cathy, except in the future I plan to make two covering cases to have as matching shams when all is said and done. And I fold mine wrong side out before putting it in the pillow case. Which I then store in a dark closet (is there any other kind of closet?)
