Have not seen it before, but it sure is pretty, I would like to know that pattern as well.

I hope someone finds the pattern and lets us all know.
Google "rolled fabric roses" and you should be able to find some tutorials that will help you. I used to make ribbon flowers like this.
that is so pretty! I think it would be great as a brooch too, if it isn't too heavy...
