    Harbor Freight. It is an inexpensive tool store. They carry carpet cutters that just happen to fit the 60 mm rotary cutters, are $1.99 for a package of 2 and every time the stores get any in stock us quilters buy them out! They are also online, just add dot com.....

    They fit the 45mm not the 60mm....
