Thanks for the post. I have been having that problem with the rotary cutter I use for paper. Will have to check and see if it has two blades.

I've had this happen to me, too. Twice, and both times it was because I had 2 blades.

Sounds like you may have two blades stuck together rather than just one. My suggestion is to "reload". Be very careful to avoid a cut.
