I like the ergonomic Olfa. I also like the TruCut rotary ergonomic cutter that goes with their rulers.

I started years ago with the original Olfa cutter. I now use the ergonomic Olfa cutter. Many years ago I bought one of the Martelli cutters, thinking it would be easier on my hand. I ended up selling it and going back to the Olfa.

Last weekend I bought an Olfa (easy change/quick change whatever it's called) and I love it. I'm left handed, but I can do a lot with my right hand. Cutting is one of those things. If it's easier to reach with my right that's what I use and the Olfa lets you use either hand easily. My old Fiskars was bulky and hard to use with both hands.
