What a fun day. Seven intrepid QBer's from the Sacramento CA area met at a wonderful local quilt shop called Shared Stitches up the road in Shingle Springs. (by the way they are online and we have no affiliation with them other than a love of their shop.)

We all met there at 11am, said our hello's, and did some fine shopping. Lots of cute fabric and patterns were carried out. Then we headed up the road a bit to a little cafe for lunch. Spent a couple of hours schmoozing and getting to know each other.

Quilter's are just the nicest, most wonderful group of people.

I used to live in Sacramento until we moved to Nevada when we retired. I will have to check out this quilt store next time we go to visit with the family. Looks like a fun store.
