Last night I ordered a new sewing machine on behalf of my DH for me for Christmas. Sometimes soon, my new Brother SQ9000 shall arrive on my door step. :D I sure hope Santa doesn't make me wait until Christmas to play with it...lol I *have* to test it, right? What if I get a dud? lol I know my logic is good...hopefully DH will see it that way. I'm so excited about the decorative stitches, and drop feed, and foot pedal free sewing, and, and, and... OH AND the extended flat bed table!!! Wooot, I feel like a kid again.

That is so awesome. I agree with you ... you must try it out as soon as you get it ... like you said .... maybe you got a dud ... and wouldn't want to find that out over the holidays ... better take it on a test run as soon as it arrives!!!

I have a simple Brother machine, and I love it! There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, I'm just looking for a few more features - the new one will have all that I'm looking for, and more! I trust the brand, that's why I went with another of the same. :)
