If you are referring to a thread on this forum, page number is meaningless since you can go to settings and set the number of posts per page to a number between 5 and 40. If you give the post number instead it is somewhat more helpful, provided you also provide a link to the thread itself.
Welcome to the board. Best suggestion is to copy & paste the internet address in your question. Most members here you can send a PM to and are glad to tell you the name of a pattern.

The creator of the quilt on (my) page 243 of the Scrappy Quilt Show Right Here thread was Izy. From Izy's posts, there is also a separate thread about that quilt. She designed the quilt herself. Has to be called.....Scrap Happy!
