Searching for Applique BOM 2013(?)

I joined the Quilting Board because I saw a beautiful picture on Pinterest of an applique block. It had 19 leaves and 2 birds and 9 berries. The writing on the page said Erin Russek 2013. I've been to her website and can't find anything that resembles the block. Do you folks have any recollection of this project? I'd love to get my hands on the project. . .

I'm making that! I've finished the block shown & several others. Since it's from last year I have all the patterns loaded on my computer so PM me & I can send them to you. I'm not home this week but will be Monday
