Keepsake Quilting offers fat quarter bundles in that colorway.
www.keepsakequilting.com

Connecting Threads has 40% off their blue and yellow fq bundles.
www.connectingthreads.com

I'd start there!

Thousand of bolts has a blue and a yellow category and they are great to buy from.

eQuilter.com is extremely easy to shop for special colors and sells fabric selections that are hard to find elsewhere.
Sometimes you have to buy 1/2 yard which is the same as buying 2 fat quarters.

Is this blue and yellow together? All I see is a blue category and a yellow category.

Try the Pincushion Boutique http://www.sweettreat.com/Version2/catalog/

They sell what they call "Sweet Treats" which are 8 color coordinated fat quarters. So you can find blue, yellow and blue/yellow print collections of fat quarters.
