Oh I think this will be fun.

I will have to think of a cookie that will travel and keep well.

But I am more inclined to make English Toffee (like Almond Rocha). The only reason it does not keep in my house is that it gets eaten up all too fast. I will have to be matched to someone who likes chocolate, almonds and buttery goodness.

I love that time of year..COOKIES!! Venetians are my favorite to bake and send!! My kids and I have a huge baking orgy that lasts for days!!

Oh Boy, Oh Boy, so exciting. Have to go through my treasure box. But what to do. Any idea when the opening will be?? We will be leaving home on Dec 15 for Mesa for 3 months. Should I have parcel mail there or here??? That is the question. Humm...
