Seeking to Donate Fabric for Non-Profit
Am helping downsize an estate in suburban Philadelphia. Seeking a non-profit near here to which we can donate approx. 6 cartons of quality, useable fabric for quilters -- perhaps connected with a hospital? disabled adults or kids?
Please advise ASAP. Will deliver.

We live in NJ. Not far from Phili and My daughter and I make quilts to donate to childrens hospitals Last Christmas she made three. Not sure what your details are but would love to hear from you if you are interested.

Valley Forge Homestead Quilt Guild has a service arm that makes comfort quilts for veterans and children's hospitals and can always use fabric and batting donations. They are in King of Prussia if that is any help. Here is their website http://www.valleyforgequilters.org/

Our guild makes donation/comfort quilts for foster children and for the underprivledged children, we alos make adult bibs (they look like aprons instead of bibs) and lap quilts for nursing homes....Too bad we're not in your area. Guess Texas is too far to deliver, huh?
