Thread: selvages

several people are now collecting them...I sent some to Donna Rae and now I am sending to Chele and then i will get some for one of our new members...anyone else.....I just want to be fair

How much do you cut off, Ruth?? I cut several but just a little over the dots and I think thats no good. Not enough to sew.

that can be used....I cut about a half to an inch. some are more

i'll start saving them....

I save mine and DGD used a lot of to tie on her flip flops last year to make them raggy. Someone is always reaching into my big jug of selvages to get one or two for something.

I don't cut much extra off either but if somebody can use them I will start cutting more off. Let me know. I don't want them. I have enough trouble finishing the projects I already start.
