    Sewing Machine Table

I bought my wife a janome 6600p for Christmas and the set out to make her a table. 4 months later I'm finally done. I made it from cherry and soft maple designed to fit height. I still have to decide on drawer pulls, but aside from that it's finished.

Remove the knee lifter and faux drawer to access the feed dogs:

Wow! You made a beautiful table! Have you thought about selling tables to others? Your table is wonderful, she's a lucky gal.
Warning! If someone comes to your door telling you they are from the government and they're checking to see how bad the ticks are in your area, and then tell you to take off your clothes and dance around so they can check for ticks.... DON'T DO IT!!! This is a scam! They just want to see you naked! I wish someone had told me this yesterday, I feel so stupid.

Love your table. Nothing to hit your knees on! Beautiful wood, too.

great craftsmanship, what a beautiful piece of furniture...great job and I'm sure she loves you as much as her new table...lol
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort
