Default When to add prairie points

I'm making a quilt with prairie points for the first time. When do I add the pp to the quilt? Before I attach it to the LA, or after I remove the quilt from the LA? Thanks to someone in 'live chat' last night I watched some videos about adding the pp to the quilt. However, those directions are in conflict with the ones from the pattern I have.

Thanks for any assistance in advance.

You can do either. I always put them on before the quilting, then one time a pattern I used said to add them after the quilting. The directions for doing that were totally different than I had ever done them before.

The prairie points in my avatar quilt were added before quilting.

I probably should clarify. The prairie points are instead of a binding.

Ah, yes, that does make a difference. I would add the prairie points after quilting.

Best of luck. Do we get to see a pic of the pattern or the quilt? :-) = big, cheezy grin

    best,
