If you sharpen a sharp blade it will never dull. It's hard to sharpen a dull blade.
    I love my life!

Umm guess I'm missing the point. Why would you sharpen a sharp blade?

Used my late husband's knife sharpening stone on a pair of scissors where there was a tiny, tiny nick and it improved greatly. Might try that on a blade with part of it taped off for to hold onto it.

I haven't found any sharpening tool to work well. A dull blade or knife is MUCH more dangerous than a sharp one! Buy new rotary blades in packs of 5 or 10 on eBay and stay safe!!!!

I bought the USA Sharpeners orbital blade sharpener. $30 and I have been very disappointed.

I had the exact experience. Gave it away at a guild free table.

I read that Harbor Salvage Freight sells a blade that they refer to as a rug cutting blade for a few dollars and the couple of times I have read a review the product...those who liked it seemed more in the majority. I have personally found that if you watch the auction sites and buy in quantity...you can do better than almost any sale. Resharpening is a true art and I would strongly suggest to buy new.
