Default Shenandoah Stars problem

Recently started Shenandoah Stars pattern and the pattern is vague about how to attach the center of the star. Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry, not familiar with that pattern. I was able to find just a couple of pictures of online, and I think if you looked for instructions on how to assemble the center of an Ohio star block, you'd be able to adapt those instructions for how to assemble the Shenandoah block.

Or you could email the quilt's designer.

here's a discussion of it and if you scroll all the way to the bottom, there is picture of the cover of the pattern. as Peckish suggests, perhaps you could email the designer

I checked out the page QuiltnNan suggested and saw a star with elongated triangle points in the center. Is it these points that you are having a hard time applying to each section of he star??

If so, here is an adaptation that might help you achieve the same look. It's a 'snowballed' technique using whatever measurements you need for your particular project.

It is always helpful to refer to a photo on the internet. Jan, you always seem to be the best teacher on this board.
