My DC who is also my BFF and lives in Canada and was here in the early spring.
Again, we (my DD & I) will pick her up early in the am at the airport, grab a coffee and head straight to Fabric Depot! After a couple of hours there we will head to Craft Warehouse over the border in Vancouver Wa which is next door to a yummy bagel shop. More shopping and eating. Then to the grocery store to stock up on food for our week and home we go!
Last year we did a fun pattern for her and she's picked out a Thimbleberries pattern for us all to work on this time. It's called "Month by Month" and is from one of their books.
Down here, she is a "captive". No work, no dependents, no chores, no visiting or distractions!! So she can take home a finished project!
I can't wait!
