Consider checking out thrift stores for shirts which can be cut up for quilts. Bonnie Hunter has a book, Scraps and Shirttails with directions for making large quilts. www.Quiltville.com

Quilttiger, I know others do that but I kinda am the sort that hates cutting up useful objects. Just me. Thank you though for the thought.
