Yes, I am still working on it. I am going to sew tonight as a matter of fact. I kind of got in a funk where I wasn't in the mood. Ever get that way? I don't want to do it if I am not in the mood because then I end up ripping more than sewing.... :) I have 2 more blocks then I am going to start putting together. I originally was going to put sashing around the blocks but I am kind of curious about a quilt as you go process that I got a dvd on. I bought something on ebay and the lady threw it in free! I was so excited because this was a process I asked about earlier and just couldn't get it no matter how everyone tried to explain. Now I get it!!! So I may do it that way so I don't mess up the top by quilting it. I still have troubles guiding it through the machine and end up a little crooked on my sewing. This way also I thought I could quilt each block to the pattern and have the different designs on the back. I hope it works out... :?
Anyway thanks for asking and I will definitely keep you posted!

Toni, I understand. I go through a time when my work schedule does not allow me to quilt for a week. Unfortunately, next week is that week. I work 2p-10p. This wouldn't be a problem if I didn't sleep until 11a but since I do something has to give, haha.

Since I am a beginner I have never done a quilt as you go. Let me know how you like it and maybe I will try it.
