Just stopped by for a quick diversion at lunch....shhh don't tell anyone.

Afterwork I am going up to Ramona for a weekend crafting with girlfriends. I am so looking forward to it. I am taking several WIPs of my own and cuddle quilts for donation to women's shelter next month.

Haven't been to this resort before so we will see how we can move the furniture to make room for 3-4 sewing machines.

Decided to also take my bike up for a little diversions instead of a treadle sewing machine. So taking my featherweight for piecing and my old ALCO to continue to try and free motion quilting.

Oh and there is also a cute quilt shop in town I am sure I will have to make a stop at for some supply I have forgotten.

Okay, back to work. :)

That maks me think I need to organise an (inexpensive ) weekend like that with my sewing friend. I still can't believe how we never seem to run out of conversation !! and the time just flies by....
