Bren; My little quilts measure 16 x 16. They really can be made any size you like, depending on how many hankies you would like to incorporate. HTH

I also use silk for hand sewing-love it and it is strong. Beautiful handkerchief quilt!!

That sounds interesting. What about for paper piecing, such as hexies?

Thank you Silver Needle for posting this. I'm not happy with my hand stitch for my bindings. Will try the
silk thread and see if that helps make my stitches less visible.
