Default Simple, small paper pieced flower?

I bought some of the Carol Doak blank cards and want to make a simple paper pieced flower for a mother's day card. I can't find a template for one - anyone have a pointer? It should finish up about 3x3. Thanks!

carol has a book out with something like 300 small paper pieced blocks- she also has many free blocks on her website.

id you look at Carol Doak's free patterns on her site? Look at piece by number.com, paper panache, quilters cache, and there are many others. I'm not home or I could just get one for you out of my books. Good luck.

Thanks! I love the blocks on yvonnes.dk, but she doesn't give any directions!

When I click I see the larger image but not the order for piecing. I'm such a beginner, I don't know where to start!
