I used my 'bonus' half-square triangles in the border for the quilt I made them from. Half the sewing was already done and it came out great!

Thanks ladies, I knew I'd come to the right place. I've used the "sew square to corner" method, but I've always just "pitched" the cutoff triangles. Using the cutoffs in the border is a great idea and I'll use it here. (just have to be a bit more careful in whacking off thse pesky triangles in the future.
