I have one but havent been able to install the software for the embodiery program to work with my PC. I guess am just not computer smart and will need help. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's probably your OS (operating system) on your PC. My husband had a heck of a time trying to install the software for the Futura CE 250. My laptop has the newer Windows OS and there is a conflict. There is a patch and steps to work around to install it but we couldn't figure it out. We gave up and installed it on the main PC in the kitchen so if I want to embroider I have to set it up in there - which usually isn't a big deal.

I have a ce 250 but haven't used the embroidery part much--I'm too busy making quilts I see on this board to take the time to learn it :lol: I will be soon though -- I need to make labels...

I have one and love it. I had to buy another sewing machine so I can sew and embroider at the same time. It's a very fincky machine though. Check out the yahoo group if you have any questions they will help you.
