    I was thinking about getting a laptop for my Quantum Sewing / Embroidery machine and was wondering how much memory would you recommend?

    Will you be using it for anything else besides storing embroidery designs? I bought my laptop for the same reason, but ended up taking it with me when I traveled and using it other times too...

    probably so. I sell quilts on the side. I won't be storing too much on it.
