Guess what? I needed an extra machine for our auxiliary at the hospital and remembered I had an old one out in the storage bld.
OMG when I looked at it, mold dust and ect, "50 years old".
and been in storage for at least 30 yrs. well I have cleaned it up oiled every moving part LOL. and it sews a beautiful stitch! can't wait until next work day!

you go girl!

i found my old kenmore under the stairs..it was a mess..the only thing that needed replacing was the bobbin holder..(side load) it had rusted,and was shredding the thread..

i blessed someone with it, on freecycle.

Fantastic! I just got my old Singer cleaned up and ready to stitch also. Was it dirty and dusty!
