I have my grandmother's treadle. The registration number is AB173305, machine class (model No.) is 127, year alloted 1926. I got this off the Singer web site. None of this means a lot to me but I would like to try to get some parts for it & try to get it to work. I know it needs a new belt & what else I'm not sure. Any help where to go or look would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Besides Billy, any sewing machine dealer should carry treadle belts, we bought one a couple of months ago and also a small part it needed.

You can also find any part you need on the 'net-I bought my belt and extra bobbins that way. I've seen replacement needle plates in my search, as well.

She might be if I ever get her cleaned up. I will post picture when I can. Hopefully later tonight.

Her she is. Sorry about the electrical plug behind her. I think she needs a lot of work but I don't even know what to use to clean her up a little bit. I don't want to use something that will hurt her.
