I like mine, I use the accuquilt die with it and although I haven't perfected it yet, I still wouldn't trade it!!! If you use the accuquilt dies, you have to use their cutting mat made for their dies, not the one that comes with the sizzix.

oh yes, I have used Ellison/sizzix machines and dies for my quilting for 10 years....
of you go the search on this forum you will find many discussions on this brand of cutter!
this company is the BEST in the world and has been for many decades!
with the big shot you can also use accuquilt dies
there is a website that SHOWS you how to use every die cutter on the market..PM for it, as the mods here never let the link go through...

I have the Big Shot Pro Westminister one and it cuts anything you want it to cut including fabric. I use AccuQuilt dies in it all of them except the Studio Jumbo and Ex-large dies. All other studio, go and baby dies work well as well as any OTHER brand dies out on the market.

Most die cutting machine will double as embossing and die cutting machines if you have the right tools for it.

I also have the Big Kick, Cricut Expressions (all models), besides the Westminster Edition and now the Go machine and they all cut fabric using any cutting die provided it fits in the machine you are using.

Thanks, thanks, thanks!! I saw it on Amazon and it said it cuts fabric, but I didn't know I need to buy another cutting mat. I really really want to get it, but didn't want it to be something I bought and never used. Thanks again ladies!!

The Big Shot Pro is blue and the Big Shot Pro Westminster Edition is purple. You can also cut fabric with the Big Kick.
