Default skill building fabric

Has anyone used this fabric to help with fmq on longarms I am thinking i will try it

I have the panels for my DSM but haven't tried them yet, its on my to do list for 2013

i've used a couple of them---they were (helpful) for me to learn some new designs, movements. was good practice. i made (practice quilts) out of them which i then donated to the local preschool- for (nap-mats)

I have the #1 and #2 panels with the companion book but have not done them yet. I like the look of the #3 printed in color, much nicer to use, then make into a charity kids quilt. I was planning to donate mine after I use them, maybe coloring in some of it with soft fabric paint and using a bright backing.
