Default Slowing down a project?

Do you ever have a quilt top that you are enjoying so much, you don't want it to come to an end? I am working on a Red Work top with pieced blocks. The pieced blocks went together well. The Red Work is coming along nicely and I am really liking it but I am in no hurry to get it done. I have until September for my sister's birthday. It isn't going to be a UFO since it's been a joy to work on. What a nice change!

Yes I have worked with some fabrics I am so sad to be done with. The last one like this was a quilt I designed and put together for my mom. It was done with the line from Moda called Old Primerose Inn. I just loved the colors and as much as I love how busy I have become with my quilting business I can't wait until I am able to put this quilt on my frame and finish it.
