Default small vacuum cleaner

Just wondering if anyone can recommend a brand of tiny vacuum cleaner for sucking out dust from the bobbin area of your machine. Do you use one designed to clean computer keyboards or do you use one designed specifically for your sewing machine?

I bought a kit at a quilt show. I think it cost just over $10 and it has an adapter for your regular vacuum as well as several attachments. I am very pleased with how it works. It is very similar to the one shown here. http://www.nancysnotions.com/product...achment+kit.do

Mine listed computers, sewing machines, small office equipment on its label.

If you are near a Harbor Freight, they have one, that's where I got mine. Very inexpensive

The little battery operated ones don't have enough "suck" to be of any use at all. Get the one that attaches to your regular cleaner.

If you are an Amazon shopper they carry the same one that GingerK posted from NancysNotions . That is the one I use and it works great.

Another vote for Harbor Freight. They have a little add-on kit, if I remember it was less than $10. It is a set of attachments that fit onto the hose of your existing household vacuum. I love it.

I have similar to what the others recommend and can vouch for it's effectiveness. If you already have a vacume that allows for attachments it's the best way to go.
